Why we
do what we do

We have spent years running web development agencies. We know the pros and the cons, the upsides and downsides, at Auxello we aim to improve the development model for you and your team.

Hiring

Bringing new team members onboard is an exciting time, but there are obvious risks involved. Good developers are hard to find and the recruitment process can be lengthy. We felt like we were forever ‘hiring’. Not to mention the impact on cash flow when you do find a developer, with the peaks and troughs of work often found in our industry.

d

Time

As development agencies or in-house teams become more successful, so their amount of work grows. This is great when you’re embarking on a big new project but the remaining workload still needs attending to. Whilst this work is as important, at times it can’t help but feel like it’s getting in the way. We’re set up so you can chuck this work at us and forget about it until it’s done.

Flexibility

Some months are busier than others, some weeks are crammed and it can take weeks to catch up. But other times there’s a slower patch where we can all take a breath. Expanding the team when busy is the obvious move, but with full time contracts you can find yourself with empty capacity just gnawing away at you. Our contracts are fully flexible, pick them up month by month as and when you need them.

j

De-stress

We found working with outsourcing companies can add as much stress as it takes away, with a level of detail needing to be provided that you wouldn’t need to go into with an in-house team member. Our project managers take it upon themselves to actually *think* about the task, so we minimise the questions back to you. We’ve seen most things before, so there are rarely shocks!

Profitability

It can be all too easy to run over time on estimates, or to lose track of the time that’s *really* being spent on those little ‘just a quick one’ tasks. Because of the efficiency of our processes (and we don’t have expensive offices!), we’re able to keep our costs low. We’re happy when you’re making a healthy margin on top of our rates, we want long term, sustainable relationships.

d

De-clutter

All the planning that goes in to the projects, everything’s on track, until one Monday morning there’s a deluge of ‘little’ tasks that need doing, and need doing quickly! These end up taking your developers away from their higher added value tasks and making progress on the bigger end goals. You can simply throw these at us and forget about them until we ping them back, quality checked and complete. Allowing you to focus on your core projects.
